Our Staff

We are extremely proud of our excellent staff of teachers and administrators! Our staff is a key part of the quality care provided by Kids ‘R’ Kids, and we are always willing and ready to assist our families in anyway needed.

Meet the Director: Caleigh Morales
Ms. Caleigh began working with kids in 2003 as an assistant pre-kindergarten teacher for MISD preschool Little Messages. In 2005, she was promoted to Site Director for MISD`s school-age program at the local elementary schools. In 2008, Ms. Caleigh joined Kids `R` Kids Frisco as an administrator and was transferred to Kids `R` Kids McKinney as Assistant Director. In 2010, Ms. Caleigh was promoted to Director and continues to make positive improvements throughtout the center. Caleigh@kidsrkidsmckinney.com

Meet the Assistant Director: Rhonda Butz
Ms. Rhonda has twelve years of experience in childcare starting in 1990 when she began an in-home childcare center from her home. She continued her care for children for the following 11 years as well as raising her own three children. In August 2009, Ms. Rhonda joined Kids `R` Kids as an infant teacher and was soon moved to a front desk position and shortly after promoted to Assistant Director.
